Manager, Ethics Program at FCC

In this permanent role, you will guide FCC's comprehensive ethics program strategy to enhance compliance and ethical practices throughout the organization. Your journalism background and skills in building influential relationships with stakeholders are crucial for fostering an environment of trust and ethical behavior. You will oversee learning initiatives, compliance controls, and assist in the critical disclosure process under the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of ethics program strategies and procedures

• Assess program maturity and recommend effectiveness metrics

• Oversee communication and training for teams

• Support internal investigations compliant with legal standards

• Report to senior management and provide confidential ethical advice

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of federal legislation and Crown environment

• Strong communication skills in English and French

• Proven success in relationship building with stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
