Buyer in Defense Electronics

We are seeking a Buyer specializing in Defense Electronics with a focus on networking among Planning, Purchasing, Program Management, and Production teams. You will use your expertise to drive supplier performance, manage quality issues, and ensure compliance with procurement standards while fulfilling supply chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing and supplier relationships for commodities

• Drive improvements in supplier performance using scorecards

• Participate in supplier calls and manage ERP commitments

• Maintain supplier open order reports for key suppliers

• Provide updates in project meetings on order statuses
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance

• 5 years of relevant experience in procurement

• Knowledge of AS9100 and material planning

• Experience with SAP and electronics

• Solid analytical and communication skills
