• Lead design efforts for BPM platforms like Pega

• Implement process performance metrics for improvement

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years in process management or digital transformation

• Proficient with BPM platforms, particularly Pega

• Strong end-to-end process design capabilities

• Experience collaborating with IT on implementations

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
