Drive profitability and operational excellence in the Parts Sales and Supply Chain as Manager. Lead business development, sourcing, and logistics in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

This role requires a strategic leader with comprehensive experience in parts management and supply chain oversight. You will be responsible for parts sales growth, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Your expertise will directly influence the success of the aftermarket business, requiring strong negotiating skills and an analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own parts revenue, margin, and market share strategies

• Define and optimize parts portfolio and pricing strategies

• Lead sourcing negotiations with suppliers for best-value agreements

• Manage inventory and logistics to minimize stockouts

• Partner with IT for seamless digital customer experiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 7–12+ years in parts management or supply chain

• Proven strategic leadership and negotiation skills

• ERP experience preferred, ideally SAP Business One

• Data-driven mindset focused on profitability and inventory management
