In this vital role, you will leverage your expertise in procurement processes and analytical skills to oversee buying strategies and maintain optimal stock levels. Collaborating with vendors and internal teams, you will address any supply issues while ensuring accurate records and fostering supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage purchase orders aligned with production schedules

• Monitor outstanding orders for timely product receipts

• Collaborate with vendors to resolve delivery issues

• Analyze purchasing data for trends and insights

• Support sourcing activities including supplier negotiations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing

• Strong ERP system knowledge, SAP preferred

• Expertise in inventory control and supply chain principles

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
