Position: Tactical Buyer for Defense Procurement

As a Tactical Buyer at Terra Nova, you will play a key role in executing MRP action messages and managing purchase orders. Your responsibilities will include monitoring supplier performance and resolving any purchasing discrepancies to maintain smooth production activities. Participation in supply chain reviews will also enhance collaborative efforts required in this unique industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and execute MRP action messages proactively

• Manage purchase orders and communicate requirements clearly

• Monitor and update supplier delivery commitments in ERP

• Resolve material discrepancies and expedite critical shortages

• Support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education is an asset

• Minimum 2 years of relevant supply chain experience

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is preferred

• Strong Excel and communication skills required

• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
