SAP S4 Production Planning and Quality Management Lead

You are:

A transformation maestro with extensive experience helping clients tackle digitization challenges, specifically in SAP S/4 Production Planning and Quality Management. You excel in leading teams and projects, engaging senior managers, and making decisions that impact client success. You are a flexible, communicative, and deep domain expert in PP/QM.

• Participate in detailed design and build of SAP S/4 implementation of the global template, ensuring efficient acquisition of materials, supplies, and services, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, and payment.
• Show clients how to use PP, Capacity Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), Long Term Planning (LTP), Demand Management (DM), Capacity Planning (CP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), and QM to solve business problems.
• Help set strategy for near‑term goals.
• Work with senior leadership at client or Accenture, negotiating and communicating persuasively on key issues.
• Use judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments.
• Lead large teams or projects at client or Accenture, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting accountability and excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a related college program.
• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering SAP projects, including full‑lifecycle implementations (local and global) and program planning/management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with PP, Capacity Planning, SOP, LTP, DM, CP, CRP, MRP, and QM.
• Minimum 5 years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on large SAP transformation projects with on‑shore and off‑shore resources.
• Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and ability to collaborate with functional experts and business teams.
• Strong leadership skills, guiding team members to achieve objectives.
• Clear communication of decisions and requirements at all levels.
• Eligible to hold or obtain Canadian Secret Clearance.
• English required for this role.

Role location and annual salary range:

• British Columbia/Ontario: $82,600 to $132,600
