Position: Associate Buyer Role in Hybrid Environment

Your role will focus on enhancing supplier relationships and refining procurement processes.

As an Associate Buyer, you’ll manage purchasing operations from requisition through to delivery, playing a crucial role in ensuring that our defense and civil customers receive reliable service. Your responsibilities will include supplier performance management, compliance oversight, and championing continuous improvements in the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee purchasing from requisition to final delivery

• Support project objectives through rigorous supplier management

• Ensure procurement practices comply with internal policies

• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers for performance

• Drive process improvements in procurement operations

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred

• Knowledge of supply chain best practices essential

• Understanding of ERP systems, especially procurement modules

• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders
