Position: Director of S&OP and Procurement at March Networks
Lead the transformation of S&OP and strategic procurement at March Networks. This director role focuses on aligning demand with supply and enhancing product build strategies.

As the Director of S&OP and Strategic Procurement, you will drive innovation within a global technology environment. You will oversee end-to-end S&OP and integrated business planning, ensuring alignment of demand, supply, and financial objectives. Your expertise will be vital in managing procurement and collaborating with global partners like Delta and Sanmina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and enhance S&OP/IBP processes across departments

• Define key S&OP metrics and lead executive reviews

• Manage demand forecasts and inventory targets

• Oversee strategic supplier relationships in hardware engineering

• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers

Requirements:

• 10+ years in supply chain or procurement

• 5+ years leading S&OP/IBP processes

• Expertise in BOM analysis and NPI processes

• Strong experience in negotiating supplier agreements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
