Thales is seeking a Senior Project Buyer to support the AJISS Engineering Changes Team. With over eight years of relevant procurement experience, you will translate engineering requirements into actionable work packages. Your key responsibilities include overseeing supplier commitments, managing risks, and enhancing purchasing practices to improve organizational knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end procurement for engineering changes

• Track progress and manage delivery milestones

• Build relationships with defense-approved suppliers

• Act as purchasing interface for cross-functional teams

• Maintain compliance and audit-ready records

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain

• History in defense or high-compliance settings

• Strong project management skills using SAP/MS Project

• Effective communication across teams

• Ability to obtain a Canadian NATO Secret clearance
