Position: Lead Country Team in Engineering Procurement

Your main responsibility will be leading a diverse team of procurement professionals to enhance strategic growth initiatives. Collaborating with a global supply chain, you will manage supplier negotiations and sourcing strategies to drive value for Thales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement initiatives across four countries

• Negotiate supply agreements and manage disputes

• Drive innovation through supplier partnerships

• Conduct market analysis to inform strategies

• Set performance targets for category teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience

• Strong negotiation skills in complex environments

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• Proven success in category management

• Solid understanding of engineering solutions
