In the Operations Coordinator role at GFL, you will handle multiple tasks essential for smooth logistics operations. Your responsibilities include processing work orders, answering customer queries, and cooperating closely with Dispatch and Account Managers. This role also demands ensuring documentation compliance and managing the safety culture among field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process daily operational work orders

• Handle customer service inquiries about logistics and billing

• Review field paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Organize health and safety documentation for compliance

• Partake in an after-hours on-call schedule

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Proficient communication in English;
French is advantageous

• Computer savvy with knowledge of Google applications

• Ability to adapt in a busy, dynamic work environment
