What You'll Do
  • Enter and process shipment data to facilitate customs clearance for international shipments
  • Review and verify the accuracy of customs documentation
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
  • Monitor emails and respond promptly to requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Report any discrepancies to your supervisor
  • Take initiative and assist with other duties as needed
What You'll Bring
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
  • A proactive work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in customs brokerage is preferred, but not required
