As a Customs Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of international trade. • Enter and process shipment data to facilitate customs clearance for international shipments
• Review and verify the accuracy of customs documentation
• Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
• Monitor emails and respond promptly to requests
• Perform general office tasks such as scanning, faxing, and organizing documents
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Report any discrepancies to your supervisor
• Take initiative and assist with other duties as needed

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
• A proactive work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
• The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Previous experience in customs brokerage is preferred, but not required
