Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is crucial for optimizing costs and ensuring reliable material supply. You’ll handle supplier relationships and maintain inventory to support production needs, contributing to overall efficiency and profitability in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and issue purchase orders for production supplies

• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with vendors

• Monitor raw material inventory to avoid shortages

• Verify incoming materials for quality and specifications

• Participate in production planning to align procurement

Requirements:

• 3 years in purchasing or supply chain roles

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and ERP tools

• Proven negotiation and relationship-building expertise

• Ability to work in fast-paced settings

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
