Supply Chain Contracts Officer

We are seeking a Supply Chain Contracts Officer with 3–5 years of experience to support the management and administration of supplier and procurement contracts. The role will work closely with procurement, suppliers, legal, finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are negotiated, executed, and managed effectively.

• Support the preparation, review, and administration of supply chain and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor contract terms, pricing, deliverables, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Support procurement activities, including RFQs, RFPs, purchase agreements, and supplier selection.
• Identify and escalation contractual risks, issues, and disputes.
• Work with legal and procurement teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable requirements.
• Track supplier performance and contractual obligations.
• Prepare contract reports and provide updates to management.

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, contract administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with supplier and commercial contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to review and understand contractual terms and conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, or a related discipline.
