Position: Parts Person at Brandt
Become a vital team member at Brandt’s Peterbilt dealership as a Parts Person. This full-time role in Ottawa focuses on customer service, managing parts inventory, and processing orders.

As a Parts Person, you'll work under the Parts Manager, assisting customers with parts inquiries and providing pricing information. The role requires locating, receiving, and storing parts in the warehouse, ensuring organized operations. Your contributions will directly support the success of our Parts Business and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding necessary parts efficiently

• Unload, receive, and store incoming materials

• Manage inventory stock orders and adjustments

• Support service technicians whenever needed

• Document all shipping and receiving activities accurately

Requirements:

• Knowledge in parts and warehousing is essential

• Prior experience in the parts industry is preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Effective problem-solving capabilities
