Supply Chain Manager at General Dynamics

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee Procurement and Supplier Quality activities.

Your role includes leading a team of Buyers and Commodity Specialists, establishing procurement strategies, and ensuring high-quality materials are acquired at optimal costs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to work effectively with senior leaders and suppliers to achieve program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Buyers and Commodity Specialists

• Manage procurement for quality materials and timely delivery

• Set supply chain priorities and communicate strategies

• Improve supplier performance through rigorous analysis

• Resolve supplier quality and cost issues promptly

Requirements:

• 10+ years in high-tech or manufacturing environments

• Relevant degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering

• PMI, CPIM, and/or SCMPCertification preferred

• Knowledge of AS9100D or ISO 9001

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
