Join Med-Eng as a Strategic Buyer, where you'll negotiate material and supply purchases critical to operations. Utilize your skills in procurement, vendor management, and compliance to enhance our supply chain efficiency.

As a Strategic Buyer, you will work under the guidance of the Strategic Supply Chain Manager and Specialist. This role demands thorough analysis of purchase requisitions and supplier evaluations while ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Your expertise will be key in minimizing material transit and guaranteeing timely delivery of supplies at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and authorization

• Evaluate procurement methods and supplier specifications

• Compare pricing and availability of materials and services

• Issue purchase orders and manage order revisions

• Monitor contracts and expedite deliveries as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or related field

• Minimum five years’ experience as a buyer

• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and ITAR regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
