We’re looking for a motivated, quality-driven Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner/Housekeeper will ensure a sanitary environment, secure and maintain tools/equipment used to perform day-to-day work, and perform other duties as assigned or requested. Must be able to obtain reliability clearance.

• Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including floors, washrooms, common spaces, offices and entrances
• Maintain floors; vacuum carpets and dry/wet mop floors
• Dust all visible surfaces within reach (counter tops, pillars, lighting fixtures, window ledges, vents)
• Wipe and polish office furniture and glass windows
• Spot-clean walls, partitions, light switches and doors
• Operate cleaning equipment and machines safely and efficiently
• Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies and restroom essentials
• Empty and clean waste bins, ensuring proper waste disposal
• Sanitize high-touch areas to maintain a hygienic environment
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Adhere to all safety protocols and cleaning standards

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment and machines (e.g., auto scrubber, swing machine, burnisher) is an asset
• WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain (training can be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods (8 hours per shift)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Clear criminal background check required
