In this role, you will assist the Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring the facility is running smoothly through daily inspections and repairs. Required skills include a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, with an opportunity to grow through various training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily work orders completion with the Maintenance Coordinator

• Repair equipment in the facility and suites as needed

• Conduct painting and minor building touch ups

• Perform daily inspections of the equipment and grounds

• Execute fire safety and building security checks daily

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education required

• English fluency in oral and written communication

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various spaces

• Understanding of hand tools and computers
