As a crucial member of the team, you will prepare new units for tenants and coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections. With an emphasis on high standards, you’ll respond to tenant concerns and oversee repair processes. Regular property visits will be essential to deter issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and ensure units are tenant-ready
• Maintain and inspect property conditions regularly
• Communicate effectively with upper management and staff
• Schedule and carry out necessary repairs
• Manage documentation and financial records for maintenance
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of maintenance experience
• WHMIS and health safety training preferred
• Proficient in plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Available for on-call requests outside regular hours
