Custodian and Groundskeeper - Eveleth, MN

Location: Laurentian Hills

ROCK RIDGE PUBLIC SCHOOLS is hiring a Custodian and Groundskeeper for the afternoon shift. This role supports both the Laurentian Elementary and Administration Building with essential maintenance and driving duties.

As a custodian for the  school year, you will work Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, split between two locations. Applicants must hold a Minnesota Class B Commercial Driver's License and obtain all necessary endorsements within your first month. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to contribute to the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in school facilities

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks

• Manage grounds care to ensure safety

• Drive and operate school maintenance vehicles

• Uphold safety and hygiene standards throughout shifts

Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota Class B Commercial Driver's License

• Endorsement for School Bus and Passenger

• Must pass a Department of Transportation Physical

• Clean driving record with no disqualifying offenses

• Willingness to complete training for endorsements
