Your role includes servicing apartment units, performing checks on facilities, and supporting team leaders with tasks ranging from carpentry to plumbing. This position emphasizes timely service and adherence to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to after-hours emergencies for safety concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience

• Valid driver's license with vehicle access
