We seek a responsible and skilled Live-In Property Maintenance Technician to support the Avalon Park community. In this role, you will manage daily maintenance operations, addressing both urgent and routine requests to keep our properties in top condition. This position is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and have a flexible approach to managing various maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to maintenance requests

• Perform repairs and maintenance on property fixtures

• Support the operation and maintenance of community amenities

• Conduct inspections for ongoing property upkeep

• Assist in seasonal tasks like snow removal and landscaping

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance roles

• Possession of basic maintenance tools

• Knowledge of residential building systems

• Physically fit for manual work

• Strong English verbal communication skills
