Summer Student in Custodial Services

This temporary summer student position is with RCCDSB, covering multiple schools in Renfrew County. Ideal candidates should be enrolled in studies for the upcoming September while showcasing critical thinking and teamwork abilities. Duties will be assigned daily, mainly in the Pembroke area, with possible responsibilities in other board locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dust and wipe down furniture and surfaces

• Vacuum and clean all carpets as directed

• Sweep, mop, and assist with stripping and waxing

• Collect and dispose of all trash accordingly

• Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms to meet standards

Requirements:

• Proof of enrollment for September 2026 study

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Organized, self-motivated individuals preferred

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Capability to lift and handle equipment safely
