In this role, you will assist in crucial maintenance operations including emergency repairs and routine upkeep of systems within the facility. The Facilities Technician III will be responsible for various tasks such as electrical meter testing and dock equipment inspections. Your hands-on skills will directly impact the team's success and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on light plumbing and carpentry

• Manage dock equipment inspections and repairs

• Enter maintenance data into the computerized system

• Keep tools in good working order

• Address emergency maintenance needs promptly

Requirements:

• Must possess TSSA Class A or B Refrigeration Operator License

• High school diploma or GED required

• At least 3 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Solid knowledge of HVAC and building systems

• Ability to travel for business needs
