As the OCC Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing the daily flight schedule at Canadian North, directly contributing to the success of our northern communities. Responsible for crisis management, operational performance tracking, and teamwork across various departments, you will report to the Chief Duty Manager and face unique challenges each day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage daily flight schedules to meet commitments
• Handle irregular operations with decisive action plans
• Initiate emergency procedures as required
• Ensure timely communication of operational changes
• Support airport safety investigations when needed
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• Two years of relevant experience in aviation
• Proven skills in problem-solving and customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
• Must be available for shifts, including nights and weekends
