This role requires two years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing resident suites, common areas, and preparing suites for new residents. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will adapt to various tasks daily while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the residence
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize resident suites and common areas
• Prepare vacant rooms for new residents as instructed
• Clean and restock housekeeping carts daily for operations
• Report maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Two years’ experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong communication abilities and teamwork skills
• Keen interest in working with seniors
• Commitment to health and safety policies
