• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Launder and neatly present linens and towels as required.
• Communicate with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized service.
• Organize and manage your schedule to complete cleaning tasks within allotted time frames.
• Address client questions or concerns with professionalism, maintaining robust customer relationships.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Robust organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
• Effective time management to ensure tasks are completed within scheduled hours.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French) are an asset.
• Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is beneficial, though not required.
• Explicit, professional communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed.
