Maintenance Supervisor at Larga Baffin

In this critical supervisory role, you'll support the Maintenance Manager in directing maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will include data entry, coaching new staff, and executing essential maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Your leadership will ensure that all systems operate smoothly while optimizing resource use and enhancing facility safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work requests

• Lead in Manager's absence, managing project coordination

• Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance Plans

• Ensure testing and inspection of safety equipment

• Conduct routine mechanical services on facility equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of building maintenance experience

• Must obtain Working at Heights certificate

• Ability to lift up to 23kg/51lb

• Strong customer service and communication skills
