Seasonal Custodian OZ Merchandising

Position: Seasonal Custodian with OZ Merchandising
Enhance the cleanliness of OZ Dome as a Custodian responsible for various maintenance tasks. This role invites dedicated individuals to maintain facility standards while ensuring safety.

As a Custodian under the Facilities Manager, you will engage in housekeeping, minor repairs, and safety compliance. Your day-to-day tasks will include vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and managing waste. Proficiency in using maintenance equipment will also be essential to deliver quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing floors thoroughly

• Cleaning and disinfecting all washroom facilities

• Assisting with light bulb and ceiling tile replacements

• Performing minor repairs on plumbing and structures

• Ensuring proper use of hand and power tools

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in building cleaning

• Valid 'G' class driver’s license with clean record

• Strong understanding of cleaning operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Physical ability to meet job demands, including bending and lifting
