Key Responsibilities:

• Support completion of daily maintenance work orders

• Perform repairs on equipment in the residence and suites

• Handle painting and touch-ups throughout the building

• Conduct daily inspections of the grounds and facilities

• Execute fire safety checks and monitor building security

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12 education required

• Proficient in English, both orally and in writing

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with hand tools and technology systems
