Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd. is looking for reliable clearance cleaners for an immediate position located within the East Ottawa area. The position is full time, Monday to Friday.

Location:

East Ottawa, Canada

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. Must be in Canada for at least five years.

• Knowledgeable in floor scrubbing and burnishing of floors.
• Clean assigned areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floor surfaces using mechanized cleaning equipment where required.
• Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis.
• Operate carpet machines of various types.
• Spot clean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, doors, and window sills.
• Wipe and sanitize all public utilities such as public phones, furniture, and door handles.
• Clean washrooms, sanitize, mop, and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow pre‑set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a safe working environment.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

• Previous cleaning/janitorial experience is an asset.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs plus on a regular basis.
