Larga Baffin Maintenance Supervisor Position

Larga Baffin is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to drive operational excellence in facility management. Bring your leadership and maintenance expertise to oversee essential operations within our team.

In this role, you will assist the Maintenance Manager in coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, and supporting the maintenance team’s development. Your responsibilities will include developing maintenance plans and ensuring compliance with safety and inspection protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and manage daily work requests

• Enter and manage work orders in the system

• Supervise project coordination in the manager’s absence

• Develop and implement maintenance and cleaning plans

• Conduct mechanical services and inspections routinely

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of maintenance experience required

• Must be willing to obtain Working at Heights certificate

• Capable of lifting up to 23kg/51lb

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
