Position: Sodexo Janitorial Supervisor Role
Join Sodexo as a Janitorial Supervisor and ensure top-quality cleaning standards are upheld in Ontario. This Full Time position operates Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The ideal candidate will have extensive janitorial experience, including leadership duties. As a supervisor, you will oversee a team, establish cleaning protocols, and perform routine inspections to guarantee cleanliness and safety at the office. Your proactive management will shape a sustainable cleaning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise four janitorial staff members

• Create and enforce cleaning schedules and checklists

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility

• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies

• Train staff on effective cleaning techniques

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in custodial work

• Minimum one year in a supervisory position

• Excellent communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to lift and perform physical tasks
