The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, maintenance, and monitoring of facility systems h two years of relevant experience, you will assist with environmental controls, power systems, and vendor coordination, ensuring seamless 24/7 operations. Your expertise will support compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular facility maintenance and repairs
• Monitor critical systems and environmental performance
• Assist with power and HVAC systems management
• Supervise technicians and manage vendor safety compliance
• Track and respond to maintenance requests efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in facilities maintenance
• Knowledge of 24/7 operational frameworks
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Capability to lift equipment when required
• Clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
