Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular facility maintenance and repairs

• Monitor critical systems and environmental performance

• Assist with power and HVAC systems management

• Supervise technicians and manage vendor safety compliance

• Track and respond to maintenance requests efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in facilities maintenance

• Knowledge of 24/7 operational frameworks

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Capability to lift equipment when required

• Clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
