Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee maintenance tasks for our parking facilities. This includes equipment repairs, cleaning, and monitoring areas to ensure safety and efficiency. You'll enjoy a varied workday and make an impact with your attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change batteries and repair parking meters

• Engage in sweeping for clean entrances and exits

• Conduct litter clean-up on parking levels

• Wipe down cashier booths and signage regularly

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in high traffic zones

Requirements:

• Strong communicator with a focus on teamwork

• High attention to detail in all tasks

• Basic tool usage experience required

• Strong time management skills essential
