As part of GDI Services, your role as a Heavy Duty Cleaner will involve daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, and common areas across multiple buildings. You'll work from Monday to Friday on either the morning or evening shift. Strong organizational skills and the ability to take direction are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean hard surface floors and stairways thoroughly

• Wash and maintain bathroom facilities and restock supplies

• Monitor areas for maintenance needs and inform supervisors

• Empower cleaning tasks using heavy-duty equipment

• Dispose of waste and keep building areas organized

Requirements:

• Ability to work with limited supervision

• Personal transportation is necessary

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• High physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks

• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
