CLV Group is looking for a Cleaner to enhance our community in Ottawa's St. Laurent neighborhood. This position involves maintaining cleanliness for over 800 residents through routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing shared spaces. A proactive approach to responding to management directives and performing deep cleaning as needed will ensure the community remains highly appealing and hygienic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks like sweeping and mopping

• Sanitize bathrooms and common areas to high standards

• Dispose of waste safely during cleaning tasks

• Respond to cleaning work orders from management

• Engage in snow removal during winter months

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Basic English communication skills

• Must complete a criminal record check

• Reliable attendance and work history
