Seasonal Lead Hand at Webber

Join Webber as a Seasonal Lead Hand responsible for maintaining roadways and assets. This role covers winter snow removal and summer surface repairs, ensuring safety and compliance every step of the way.

The Seasonal Lead Hand will report to the Area Supervisor and oversee various maintenance tasks for roadways and associated structures. This position requires snow and ice management in winter and repair duties during summer months. Applicants should have a valid G Class license and extensive experience in construction or road maintenance, ensuring efficient team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove snow and ice using appropriate equipment

• Maintain and repair roadway surfaces and assets

• Operate maintenance vehicles and equipment

• Set up and manage traffic control as needed

• Conduct daily inspections and sign off on work

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid G Class license with a clean record

• Minimum of 3 years related experience

• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point

• Effective communication skills in English
