Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean and maintain common areas and residential suites

• Respond swiftly to tenant requests and concerns

• Inspect facilities and grounds every day

• Carry out electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs

• Ensure fire safety equipment is compliant with standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in property management experience

• Excellent DIY capabilities for maintenance tasks

• Familiarity with janitorial work

• Good communication skills, English required

• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
