Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and repair mobility equipment on-site

• Deliver friendly and respectful client interactions

• Adapt to varied client schedules and needs

• Learn and utilize diagnostic tools and equipment

• Collaborate with team members for seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Previous customer service and repair experience

• Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Clean background check and bondable status

• Empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
