Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum all areas

• Maintain cleanliness in elevators and lounges

• Clean tenant units upon vacancy, including kitchens

• Conduct winter snow removal as needed

• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg safely

• Attention to detail and reliability are essential

• Satisfactory reference check and criminal record clearance
