Fleet Maintenance Coordinator at Tomlinson

In this role, you will coordinate maintenance and repair services while reporting to the Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include producing accurate work orders, tracking vehicle inspections, and managing garage communications. Effective time management and prioritization skills are essential for minimizing equipment downtime while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed work orders for all maintenance projects

• Create and prioritize work orders using Geo Tab DVIRs

• Schedule annual safety inspections and monitor vehicle maintenance

• Track weekly garage utilization and work order accuracy

• Act as main contact for garage staff regarding parts orders

Requirements:

• Experience in fleet maintenance coordination or garage operations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to work both independently and in a team
