In this position, you will primarily focus on ensuring the cleanliness of tenant units upon vacancy, along with regularly cleaning communal areas such as lobbies and fitness rooms. Reliability and attention to detail are essential in maintaining a welcoming environment for residents and visitors while adhering to established cleaning routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean elevators, lounges, and laundry rooms routinely

• Maintain tenant units upon vacancy, focusing on kitchens and bathrooms

• Manage winter snow removal as required

• Follow established safety practices during cleaning tasks

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred

• Able to lift up to 20 kg safely

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Commitment to safe work practices

• Satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance required
