Position: On-Call Superintendent for Urbandale

This role, lasting six months, focuses on responding effectively to emergencies such as HVAC failures and security breaches. You’ll act quickly to take corrective measures, coordinate with external services, and thoroughly document incidents for future reference. Your decision-making and communication skills will be vital in maintaining tenant trust and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address emergency calls related to building systems

• Take necessary actions to minimize operational disruptions

• Coordinate with vendors and emergency responders

• Implement temporary solutions until standard operations resume

• Keep thorough documentation of all incidents

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous

• Basic knowledge of building operations and systems

• Willing to be flexible for on-call responsibilities
