Floor Attendant at Hard Rock

Ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment as a Floor Attendant at Hard Rock Ottawa. This role focuses on routine cleaning and maintaining safety standards across public areas.

As a Floor Attendant, you will be responsible for various cleaning tasks within the casino, monitoring restrooms and public spaces to uphold hygiene. Your attention to detail and prompt response to spills and guest requests will enhance overall guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will work efficiently as part of a team while adhering to organizational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock storage areas and maintain supply levels

• Clean and present common areas throughout the property

• Execute efficient guest delivery requests

• Sanitize restroom facilities to meet hygiene standards

• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Six months janitorial experience preferred

• WHMIS trained or willing to train

• Must be nineteen years of age

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
