The Maintenance Manager is tasked with leading the maintenance team at MiTek's Bradford plant, focusing on general upkeep of facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage a preventive maintenance program
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance team assignments
• Evaluate and ensure job quality and safety compliance
• Recommend and implement facility modifications
• Maintain an organized work area and support CMMS usage
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance management
• Proven experience in planning and executing projects
• Technical understanding of mechanical systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
